Operating Hours
Before and after school sessions operate from Monday – Friday during West Melton School term time.
Closed: Public Holidays & Teacher Only Days.
Daily Requirements
Children should have a sunhat for the summer months and a warm jacket, hat and gloves for winter. All clothing must be named.
Children are able to have their breakfast at Top Cats when they arrive for the before school session. For the after school session, children must bring a food for afternoon tea. Water will be available to children at all times.
You are welcome to visit or phone the service at any time to enquire after the well-being of your child.
Health Policy
Due to the risk of infection, we are unable to care for sick children. It is important that we keep everyone as happy and healthy as possible.
If it is necessary for us to contact you because your child is unwell, please make every effort to collect your child as soon as possible. While waiting for you, your child will be kept isolated but still under constant supervision and care.
Enrolment Policy
Contact us and we can email you an enrolment form or you can collect one from the office at BestStart West Melton.
Sick days are payable in full. Minimum booking of 1.5 hours. Casual bookings may be offered if there is space, we require at least 1 weeks notice for these.
We are closed during Teacher Only Days, School holidays and Public Holidays, all of which fees are not charged during these days.
Fees
Before School Programme Fees:
Minimum 1.5 hour booking
Permanent booking $13.50 per hour
Casual booking rate $15.00 per hour
After School Programme Fees:
Minimum 1.5 hour booking
Permanent booking $9.00 per hour
Casual booking rate $10.00 per hour
